Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Call customer for order verification
Call customer for reviews and feedback
Resolving customer complaints
Must have experience of answering number of calls
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide right solutions to the customer’s request
Must be Fluent in English
Job Timings: 7Pm – 4am (Night Shift)
