A US based company is hiring Customer Support Representatives to manage customer queries, feedbacks, and complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

 Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries

 Call customer for order verification

 Call customer for reviews and feedback

 Resolving customer complaints

Job Requirements:

 Must have experience of answering number of calls

 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

 Excellent communication skills

 Ability to provide right solutions to the customer’s request

 Must be Fluent in English

Job Timings: 7Pm – 4am (Night Shift)
