Job Title: Call Center Agent
- Handle outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving complaints.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive interaction and problem-solving.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Accurately record customer information and feedback.

Buzz by Orbital is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Representative in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate or above qualification and atleast student of experience.
