Job Description:

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.
Extensive Knowledge for Network, Information Systems and Technology
Follow up with customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
Pleasant personality and attitude towards resolving client's issues/ complaints.
Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
Collecting feedback from our customers/clients about the quality of service after every service call.
Offering pre and post installation technical support over the phone or physically onsite, to Customers, as well as providing after sales support.

CubeXS Weatherly Pvt Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Support Executive in the field of Information Technology in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have fresh graduate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require phone, calls, professional, technology, complaints, handling, inbound calls, email, correspondence, major, feedback, quality, service, post, installation, technical support, providing, after sales support mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 18k to 23k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
