Job Duties:
-Managing all queries of existing clients.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
-Provide exceptional customer service promoting services.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
-Resolve problems and assist customers by handling account related inquiries.
-Accurate data input and maintenance of client information.
-Ensure maximum security and confidentiality of customers' assets.

: am till : pm (Monday –Friday) & am till pm (Saturday)

Continental Call Centre is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Service Representative in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require customer service operations, time management, active listening, english fluency, customer dealing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 35k to 39k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
