Abacus Consulting is looking for energetic and self-motivated Customer Support Executives, who possess strong English communication skills and can work in accordance with the company's values and deliver exceptional customer services.
- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- The applicants must possess exceptional writing skills and fluency in spoken English
- The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience in international customer support/call centre is a plus
- Candidates with O/A Level educational background or Graduates with majors in business will be preferred
Job Specification
Abacus Consulting is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Customer Service Agent in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require language skills, written communication, customer service, customer support, english, communication skills, interpersonal skills, international clients, spoken english mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
