Description

We are on the lookout for Call Center Agents for our USA & Canada Based Campaigns.

-Job Responsibilities will include:

• Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

-Skills required are:

Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking, Time Bound.
