Description

• We are looking for energetic and dedicated experienced Call Center Agents.

• Our client base is International and we need agents with flawless English speaking & typing skills for outbound/inbound service work. Neutral or US accent is needed.

• FIXED SALARY PLUS INCENTIVE .

• Daily outbound calls for engage customers in US, This can be processing orders, scheduling a visit or answering general product questions

• Answer and follow-up calls professionally and provide information about products and services.

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and to retain them.

• Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.

• To ensure that the customers details and other relevant data is completely entered into the system correctly.

• Analyze and solve problems accordingly.

• Shifts timing : PM to : AM

• LOCATION: North Nazimabad Near Five Star.
