Description

• Should have very good command over spoken and written English. (Fluent English)

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Have working knowledge of computer software’s like MS word, excel.

• CSR will be receiving calls from Clients

• Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

• Provide quality customer service on every call.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's

• Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.

• Organize and prioritizes duties

• CSR will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support

• CSR will handle customer queries via emails

• This is a night shift job five days a week (Monday-Friday)
