JOB PURPOSE
The Incumbent will be responsible to support the Provincial Coordinator Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in executing the implementation, training cascade and drug distribution, monitoring and evaluation and reverse reporting of School-Based Deworming Program in districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. She/he will be responsible in keeping close coordination with the government stakeholders and the program team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the coordination with stakeholders and data collection process of public, private & religious (madaris) schools and their enrolment
Assist the development and distribution of training materials, procurement, community sensitization materials, reporting and printing in sufficient quantity to training venues and subsequently to schools
Evaluate attendance and financial disbursement to the trainees as per  protocols
Assist and coordinate all tiers of trainings and reverse cascade model with stakeholders under the guidance of National team
Real time reporting to the Provincial Coordinator and School-Based Deworming Program team
Record minutes of stakeholder’s meetings at the provincial level
Supervise the district coordinator and maintenance of documentation and files
Assist the Provincial Coordinator for the effective performance monitoring of District Coordinators
Assist Provincial Coordinator in ensuring the attendance sheets of training sessions conducted by Provincial, District and Cluster Level Master Trainers are duly filled as per the protocols and sent to IRD finance for the timely payments
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
Required Qualification

Masters in Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Public Health or another relevant field.
Required Experience

Atleast years of experience in running a Public Health endemic program in close collaboration with Government
Required Skills

Excellent written and communication skills
Troubleshooting skills
Vigilant in real-time reporting
Towards-driven approach
Fluent in English, Urdu and local language(s)

The ideal candidate should have masters in public health qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
