We are one of the leading Automotive Solutions company based in UK, London. We provide vehicle repairs, buying and selling services to clients and Insurance companies. We are looking for a candidate who must be having good management and customer skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
. Hiring, training, coaching, and leading Team Members.
. Solving Team’s inquiries, guiding them through difficult Scenarios or issues & handling issues that cannot be handled by Team members.
. Monitoring and Managing progress report of all Team members.
. To collaborate & extend relationships with financial partners by continuously updating them regarding projects recoveries, Customer Management & Sales.
. Leading team meetings for training and improvement purposes.
. To build a strong system around documentation & its scrutiny to conduct internal audits on a regular basis.
. To closely work with the Sales team & provide them with continuous updates with respect to the customers management.
. Forecasting expected revenue and setting goals to achieve it.
. Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing goals of the company.
. Preparing reports and analyzing to improve processes of the company and ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and satisfaction.

Job Specification

The ideal candidate should have fa / ba qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require should exhibit excellent communication & presentat, insurance/claims experience is a plus, analytical skills, communication, presentation skills, should carry business acumen and excellent analyti, automotive, solutions, vehicle, buying, selling, insurance, management, customer, hiring, training, coaching, handling, monitoring, progress, customer management, sales, build, system, documentation, scrutiny, internal, basis, forecasting, revenue, setting mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
