Required Assistant Operations for Digital Banking Group (HeadOffice Karachi)


We’re searching for a driven individual who can help us streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to digital department. The operations specialist should be comfortable communicating with people throughout the organization, able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

Objectives of this role:
  • Handle day-to-day operations related queries
  • Maintain communication with operations manager, staff members, and clients to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points
  • Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
  • Oversee Reconciliation of GL / accounts
  • Ensure that operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulations
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and report it to business team
  • Communicate and coordinate with employees (including executive operations team) and clients whenever a query is arise
  • Follow strict standard operating procedures to handle operational queries 
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
