Description
Responsibilities:
• General administration work
• Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
• Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities
• Supervise Office Maintenance / inspection
• Security management (CCTV, staff, equipment, visitors, and information)
Skills Required:
• Outstanding ability to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to stay calm on-task in high-stress situations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
