Description

• Greet and assist customers and guests as soon as they arrive and notify the relevant person

• Handle all front desk coordination with Office staff and Mall of Lahore authorities
• Arrange Guest Clearance
• Receive and sort Mail & Deliveries and handover to the relevant person
• Performing additional administrative Duties as required.
• Answer, Screen and forward incoming calls properly and provide basic information when needed.
• Manage conference rooms as requested (Reserve, setup and if requested Order food)
• Correspondence with Head Office.
• Dispatching Daily Mail & Vendor Cheques.

The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require front desk, coordination, office staff, guest, mail, incoming, calls, basic, setup, order, correspondence, office, vendor mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 45k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
