Full Job Description:
- Performing data entry duties, (i.e. Creating Quotations, Order Processing, Making Post Job Certificates)
- Communicate effectively with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities.
- Resolve customer complaints through phone calls and email in a professional manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
